This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through tribelifting.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

This policy applies to orders placed directly through tribelifting.com. If you purchased your Tribe Lifting product through Amazon, please see the Amazon Orders section below.

Please review this policy before placing an order.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping is not currently available to the following locations:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific

If your shipping address is outside our supported delivery area, your order may not be processed, or it may be canceled and refunded.


2. Shipping Options and Fees

We offer the following shipping options for eligible orders placed on tribelifting.com:

Shipping fees, available methods, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping address, order details, promotional offers, and fulfillment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays are typically processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, carrier delays, or unexpected fulfillment delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.


4. Fulfillment Partners

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse or through approved logistics partners who manage inventory, packing, and shipping on our behalf.

This means your package may ship from a fulfillment center or logistics partner rather than directly from Tribe Lifting's business address.

Regardless of fulfillment method, Tribe Lifting remains available to help with order-related and product-related support.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking number. Tracking information may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us for assistance.

Please include your order number so we can help you faster.


6. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Fulfillment center delays
  • Events outside our control

Tribe Lifting is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Tribe Lifting is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Your tracking information
  • Around your delivery location
  • With household members or neighbors
  • With your building front desk, mailroom, or property manager
  • With the shipping carrier, if applicable

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.

Please include your order number and tracking number.

To allow time for carrier delays and re-scanning, we generally consider a package as potentially lost when it has not arrived 7 business days after the estimated delivery date for Standard shipping, or 3 business days after the estimated delivery date for Expedited or Priority shipping. Please contact us once these timeframes have passed so we can review your case.

We will review the issue and help determine the best next step. Depending on the situation, this may involve confirming delivery details, contacting the carrier, or reviewing whether another solution is appropriate.


9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product and all items received
  • A description of what is damaged, incorrect, or missing

Please do not discard the product or packaging until our support team has reviewed your case.

Damaged, incorrect, incomplete, defective products, and product-related issues are reviewed under our Refund, Replacement & Warranty Support Policy.


10. Amazon Orders

If you purchased your Tribe Lifting product through Amazon, your shipment, tracking, delivery updates, and standard order management are generally handled through Amazon.

To track or manage an Amazon order, please log in to your Amazon account and go to Your Orders.

If your Amazon order arrived damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or if you need help with a product-related issue, you may also contact Tribe Lifting support for review.

Please include:

  • Your Amazon order ID
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Photos of all items received
  • A description of the issue

Product issues, missing parts, defective items, and warranty or replacement support may be reviewed by Tribe Lifting case by case.

11. Refunds and Warranty Support

For refunds, defective products, damaged items, incomplete orders, product failures, warranty questions, or replacement support, please review our Refund, Replacement & Warranty Support Policy.

Tribe Lifting does not require customers to ship products back. Refund and warranty requests are reviewed based on photos, proof of purchase, and product condition.
