Door Anchor Strap for Resistance Bands
Tribe Lifting door anchor straps are made for resistance band workouts when you need more training angles than a single door anchor can offer.
The strap uses five nylon loops and five metal D-rings, so you can set your band higher, lower, or mid-door depending on the exercise. Use higher anchor points for pulldowns, pushdowns, and face-pull style movements, mid-level points for rows, presses, and rotations, and lower points for curls, raises, kickbacks, and leg work.
The tool-free setup works on a sturdy, closed door with no permanent installation. Adjust the strap with the cam buckle, choose your anchor point, attach your resistance band, and train at home, in a hotel, or wherever you have a suitable door.
Five anchor points
Use five loop and D-ring positions to train from high, mid, and low angles on one door.
Works with different bands
Attach long loop bands, tube bands, or carabiner-style resistance bands depending on your setup.
Tool-free door setup
Wrap the strap over a sturdy door, close it securely, tighten the buckle, and start training.
Durable nylon build
Heavy-duty nylon webbing, reinforced stitching, metal D-rings, and a cam buckle are made for regular workouts.
What is a door anchor strap for resistance bands? +
A door anchor strap is a training attachment that lets you connect resistance bands to a closed door. Tribe Lifting’s strap has multiple anchor points, so you can change the band height for rows, presses, curls, rotations, glute work, mobility, and full-body resistance band exercises.
How is this different from a standard door anchor? +
A standard door anchor usually has one attachment point. This door anchor strap has five nylon loops and five metal D-rings, giving you more height options without moving a small anchor from the top, middle, or bottom of the door each time.
What bands can I use with it? +
You can use it with long loop resistance bands, tube resistance bands, and bands with carabiner clips. Use the nylon loops for loop-style bands and the metal D-rings for clip-style bands.
Does it include resistance bands? +
No. This collection is for the door anchor strap only. Resistance bands are sold separately or included in other Tribe Lifting band sets.
What exercises can I do with a resistance band door anchor? +
You can do standing rows, chest presses, face pulls, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, woodchoppers, rotations, kickbacks, front raises, and mobility drills. High, mid, and low anchor points help change the direction of resistance for different exercises.
How do I use it safely? +
Use a sturdy door that closes securely, and set up the strap so your pulling direction keeps the door closed. Before training, check the strap, buckle, stitching, loops, D-rings, and your bands, then test the setup with a controlled pull. Avoid weak doors, damaged frames, glass doors, sharp edges, or any setup that pulls the door open.
How should I care for the door anchor strap? +
Store it dry, keep it away from sharp edges and excess moisture, and inspect it before each workout. Replace the strap if you see fraying, torn stitching, damaged loops, worn D-rings, or a buckle that no longer holds securely.
